YouTube’s UX Research Diversity Forums
As part of an effort of UX Research to make the product more inclusive, we hosted the Diversity Forums - made up of Black, LGBTQ+, and Hispanic/Latinx YouTubers. I planned semiannual immersions to conduct in-person research sessions and communicated with YouTubers remotely through email, newsletters, and virtual conferences.
We also collaborated with the YouTube Black, Familia & LGBT employee resource groups, to produce Creator programmings such as Q&A panels and networking sessions.
